Cefn Tilla Court
We are a privately owned Grade II * country estate in the village of Llandenny, in the heart of the stunning Monmouthshire countryside.
With its enchanting gardens and stunning interiors, Cefn Tilla Court is the perfect venue for a Wedding.
Bringing together a blend of old and new, it is a secluded, historical venue, steeped in history and a stone’s throw from Usk.
Nestled in the heart of the Monmouthshire countryside, the Grade II* Manor House dates back to the 17th century. Once the ancestral home of Lord Raglan, the house has been transformed over recent years into a magnificent Wedding Venue.
Visitors never fail to be impressed as they drive along the tree lined drive that leads to the stunning Manor House.
A Wedding at Cefn Tilla is always a unique event. Couples get exclusive use of the house, the gardens and access across 120 acres of the estate. Couples are given flexibility to use their own suppliers and caterers and are not restricted to pre-built and limited packages.
The ceremony itself can be held in the beautifully appointed Great Hall, bathed in natural light and with windows overlooking the front lawns or open air on a large terraced area next to the beautiful lily pond.
There are also many options for the reception too. The Grand Hall is available for the more intimate weddings whilst the Courtyard marquee boasts a nine-metre bar and the historical Lord Raglan’s table, perfect for use as a ‘top table’. For the larger wedding, there is plenty of room on the lawns for a marquee allowing a reception of up to 300 guests.
There is also a collection of on-site accommodation options for the family and guests to stay. These include luxurious and secluded shepherd huts, apartments and rooms in the Great House, itself. The bride and groom will stay in the ultimate room of luxury on their first night as a married couple in the aptly named Boudoir Suite.
